Payment and Scheduling

Payment is due at the time of your appointment or class.  We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

There is a $20 charge for returned checks.

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy.  Please contact the studio by email, voice mail or via the scheduling system to cancel an appointment.  You will be charged for your lesson if you do not cancel within the 12 hour time frame.

Personal Conduct
Please be prompt for classes and appointments.  Be respectful of others, keeping conversation during classes and lessons to a minimum. Refrain from wearing heavy perfumes.  Please wear conservative, comfortable clothing that allows you to feel confident when performing exercises.  Water is permitted during your class or lesson, but foods are not permitted.
